I am originally a Brooklyn girl. At 26 I had my first son and moved to Myrtle Beach for new beginnings. Today, I’m a single mom of 3 boys (1 in college, 1 in med school… yikes!). My rescue dog is named Brooklyn after my hometown. I have a business financial consulting company and property managing was originally just a side job, but after getting hands on experience with repairing, remodeling, and decorating, I quickly realized it was what I enjoy. I love everything about vacation property management. I’m a natural people person and I have met so many amazing guests. 

I enjoy bringing new experiences and fun at a time they saved up for to enjoy. My goal has always been superior service, comfort and quality.  I feel privileged to be in this position and have gone above and beyond to bring high quality comfort homes for vacation rentals. Each property has its own unique decor, full well stocked kitchens, comfortable bedding and furniture, great amenities and many more extras. Chillax Properties now manages many properties along the Grand Strand, North Myrtle Beach and Surfside.  My life is busy and sometimes a little crazy, but that is how I like it!

I have an insatiable curiosity that keeps life exciting and full of opportunities to learn. For me, there is no such thing as a boring day because every conversation, challenge, or small detail is a chance to discover something new. I enjoy exploring ideas, trying my hand at unfamiliar tasks, and finding creative solutions to everyday problems. Even in my free time, I channel this curiosity into painting abstract art, using it as a way to explore all possibilities and see the world from new perspectives.

My path into property management was not traditional. It started with me putting myself out there. At 20 years old, the only skill I was certain of was my ability to talk to people. While working at Starbucks, I told everyone who came through the door that I had just gotten my property management license. Eventually, I met someone who was willing to take me under their wing, and from there I built my career through hard work, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
I have found that my greatest strength is problem solving, especially when it comes to people. I take a creative and artistic approach to every challenge, finding solutions that meet everyone’s needs while protecting the property’s long-term value.

Hi, I’m Angela! I’m originally from New York and now serve as the Assistant Property Manager and Digital Marketing & Content Manager at Chillax Properties. I’m an upbeat, outgoing person who loves combining organization with creativity. I support daily operations while creating engaging digital content that highlight our properties and helps deliver a seamless, welcoming guest experience.

My name is Edan, and I’m currently a college student at CCU pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I’m always looking to grow, whether that’s academically, professionally, or personally. I pick up new hobbies often as a way to express my creativity and challenge myself in different ways. Being a Myrtle Beach local gives me a strong sense of community and connection to the area. I’m excited to be in the property management field. I have a love for it and want to see if it’s the path I want to pursue long term. I’m eager to keep learning, gaining hands-on experience, and figuring out how I can turn my interests into a meaningful career.
